What We Offer
Consulting
We help you define what your Grand Tour is for: its goals, the chapters it will cover, its length, and the shape of its route. We apply the three questions to every proposed site and help you make the trade-offs deliberately, so the tour tells a story rather than becoming a sampler.
Materials
A complete, standard set of materials for each destination and chapter, tailored to your curriculum: a preparation course with readings and instruction in how to observe; site guides following our framework; Scripture readings and Bible studies tied to each site; daily student handouts and assignments; teacher guides for leading discussion on site; and a final project that draws the whole experience together.
Traveling With Your Group
OptionalFor schools and co-ops that want an experienced guide on the road, a member of our team can travel with your group, leading site discussions alongside your teachers and helping the materials come to life in place.

How Pricing Works
Every engagement is shaped by your group size, the chapters you choose, and how much support you want, so we provide a clear proposal after our first conversation. In general:
- Consulting is a flat fee for the engagement.
- Materials are priced per student, so the cost scales with your group.
- Traveling with your group is priced per trip, plus the guide's travel expenses.
There's no cost for the initial conversation.
What We Don't Do
We are not a travel agency. We don't book flights, hotels, or ground transportation. Your school or co-op works with a travel provider of its choosing for logistics, and we focus on what your students learn. This lets you keep an existing travel relationship, and it keeps our attention where it belongs.

Your group travels with your teachers and your travel provider, and with one of our guides if you choose, with every day and every site given purpose.
After the Tour
Students complete their final project, gathering the experience into something understood and shared.
Bringing Families and Boards Along
A Grand Tour asks a lot of families, and they deserve to understand why it is worth it. We can help you explain the purpose of the tour to parents and boards, set expectations for its rigor, and think through fundraising and scholarships so it is within reach of as many students as possible.
Why a Grand TourCommon Questions
Do you book travel or lead the trip?
We don't book travel. Your travel provider handles flights, hotels, and transportation. Your teachers lead the group, and our materials and preparation equip them. If you'd like, a member of our team can also travel with you as a guide.
What does it cost?
Consulting is a flat fee, materials are priced per student, and a guide traveling with your group is priced per trip plus travel expenses. Because every tour is different, we provide a specific proposal after our first conversation.
How large does our group need to be?
Any size can work. Large schools and small co-ops alike can use the same materials.
What grade levels are appropriate?
Grand Tours are best suited to juniors and seniors, who have the most study behind them to draw on.
How far in advance should we start?
We recommend beginning the conversation 12 to 18 months before travel. That leaves time to design the tour, prepare teachers, run the preparation course, and give your travel provider time to book.
Can the materials be customized?
Yes. Tailoring to your curriculum and route is included. Larger additions are scoped as part of the engagement.
Do you work with schools outside the US?
Our primary focus is US-based schools and co-ops, but we're glad to discuss other inquiries.
